30 Hour Famine!

This weekend we are doing the 30 Hour Famine!

Stop eating after lunch on Friday and we are meeting at 7:00 pm at the cuhrch Friday night and it goes straight through until 6:00 pm Saturday when we finish up with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Chicken Noodle Soup!.

What to bring:
30 Hour Famine Pledge form and at least $30 of pledges.
Sleeping Bag and Pillow
Change of Clothes

A few things that will be going on are:
Friday Night Worship Night
The Late Show with Ramses!
Food Bank Drive
Games and more!
Lots of Water and Juice

The Great Chili Cookoff!

This weekend we are once again having our chili cookoff!

Bring $3 and meet at the church @ 7 pm (Sr. on Friday, Jr. on Saturday)  

We are going to be breaking into groups and then going out to buy our ingredients and coming back to the church for the cookoff!

We will need parents to help drive for the first part of the night so ask your parents if they could help out.

Games Night @ Westhill

Yeah, it's been a while so this week is a Games Night we will have!

Friday night is Sr High, Saturday night is Jr High both 7-10 pm.

Pretty simple, bring a couple bucks for snacks.

Sno-Trip to Mission Ridge!

Once Again, we are taking our annual pilgrimage to the Mighty Mission Ridge!

We are meeting at the Church at 8:00 on Saturday Morning and will be arriving back at the church at 5:30.

The prices are as follows:

Ski Rental and Lift Ticket $27.60

Snowboard Rental and Lift Ticket $38.20

Lift Ticket Only $15.75

Helmet Rental (recommended) $4.20

Lunch Special (2 Pieces of Pizza and Fountain Drink) $5.25

There are forms that your parents will need to fill out for both the church and Misison Ridge. They can be filled out on Saturday morning at the church.

Yes, we are still going to try ...Sledding At Mount Pleasant: Part Deux!!

Come to the church at 7:00 tonight!  If it continues to warm up we are good to go, if not we will be doing things here at the church!

We are going sledding to Mount Pleasant this SATURDAY with Both the Jr and Sr groups!

Yes, I said Saturday!

We will need drivers, so ask if your parents can drive!!

Meet at the church at 7:00pm or if you want to go straight to Mount Pleasant, we will be arriving at around 7:30.

We will wrap up at Mount Pleasant at 9:30 and be back at the church by 10:00 pm.

Bring your warm clothes and a sled or piece of cardboard or old hood from a car (*ask you parents before removing the hood of your car) or something to travel down the hill.

We will be having fun and hot chocolate so don't say I didn't warn you!
